Content Description
  As the first large-scale iron and steel enterprise in China to relocate its urban iron and steel enterprise, it is designed and built in full accordance with the concept of circular economy, and it is a 10-million-ton large-scale iron and steel enterprise with international advanced level near the sea and harbor. It is a demonstration project for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, with a total investment of 67.7 billion yuan.
 
  Shanghai Liancheng (Group) Co., Ltd. has the honor to undertake the construction of this project. There are 6 demineralized water supply pumps 250SLD450-60*4 for converter oxygen lance, 3 circulating demineralized water supply pumps SLOW150-450 for 2#LF furnace, and SLOW300-550A, SLOW250-600 and SLOW200-660(I)AT, etc.
 
Among them, the SLOW double-suction pump with open volute was successfully developed with the joint efforts of many scientific researchers in our company on the basis of introducing many advanced technologies from Germany, and all the performance indexes have reached the advanced level of similar products abroad after testing.
Product advantages
The SLOW spiral case double suction pump developed by our company has the following advantages:
  1. The SLOW impeller is designed by German excellent hydraulic model, which is composed of two single-suction impellers, and adopts a staggered structure of adjacent blades, so that the water flow pulse is reduced to 1%~2% of the lift, which makes the water flow more stable, improves the pump efficiency by about 5%-8% compared with the traditional symmetrically arranged blades, and can save a lot of energy.
  2. The SLOW pump is equipped with BURGMANN mechanical seal, which will not leak for 8000 hours.
  3. SLOW's new pump cover is easy to install and has automatic correction function. The impeller has a large inlet area and adopts a special design, so that the inlet has no eddy current, stable operation, low noise, low loss and good cavitation performance.
  4, Using high-quality low-noise bearings, long running time.
  5. The shaft and bearing spacing of SLOW pump is short, with good rigidity and no vibration. But also has no contact with medium and no corrosion. The pump shaft is thicker than the conventional design to improve the rigidity and reliability of the rotor; There is a replaceable shaft sleeve on the shaft, so it does not need to be adjusted during assembly and is convenient to maintain.
  6. The shell of SLOW pump adopts linear design, with beautiful appearance. Pay attention to the design of pump flow channel, especially the proper matching between extrusion chamber and impeller, so as to reduce the hydraulic loss of extrusion chamber.
  7. The structure of the sealing ring adopts patented technology, which can better solve the gap cavitation between the impeller and the sealing ring and prolong the service life of the sealing ring and the impeller.
  8. The product adopts quasi-3D flow field analysis, three-dimensional CFD flow field analysis, FEA pre-processing and post-processing, and unique rotor structure design (patented, patent number: ZL03 2 70297.3). On December 17th, 2003, a new patented technology of centrifugal double-suction pump "transmission device of strong self-priming centrifugal pump" applied by our company was officially authorized to announce, patent number: ZL0328096.3.
  9. Adopting the most advanced resin sand manufacturing technology in the world at present makes the casting surface smoother and the casting accuracy higher, thus improving the efficiency of the pump.
  10. Using numerical control and double-edge boring machine to process the end face of the pump and locate the stop and hole system, the concentricity of the bearing and mechanical seal is high, and the bearing is not easy to heat up and the mechanical seal is not easy to leak. This method is an invention patent of our company, and the certificate number is ZL 03 1 50531.7.
  11. The acceptance test of SLOW pump is carried out according to GB5658-85, GB/T13006-91, GB/T13007-91, ISO2548C, DIN1944/III, GB3216C and other standards.
  12. The quality of our products is guaranteed by the certified quality assurance system, which conforms to DINISO9001 standard.
